Which applications can easily cut or divide .mp4 video files? I have one very long file which I'd like to split into 11 minute segments. I've found a number of applications (shareware) which claim to do this but really are dumb and re-encode the file in the process of splitting it. I have absolutely no desire to re-encode, I just want to cut the already compressed stream into smaller files.
I thought this would be an easy task to find a tool for. Instead it seems dividing video files presents significant difficulties.
