This is the error I'm getting in Preview Editor. Beneath it says:

"D:\Program Files\DVD-RB Pro\current.avs, line 5)

This is on a fresh install of Windows 2000. I ran the 1.10.9 installer, so it installed everything as it should.

How to fix? Thanks...

That means that the path specified for DGDECODE.DLL is probably not correct. Edit your INI file with NOTEPAD and make sure its correct. It's probably misspelled or has some error. When DVD Rebuilder installs itself it put DGDECODE at the default location "c:\Program Files\DVD-RB Pro\DGDECODE.DLL". But if you said "No" when it asks whether to overwrite your INI, it will not change the location you may have previously specified.

Thanks for the answer, jdobbs. I have the same problem (also with a new-system install of DVD-RB) and will try your hint when I'm back home.

Thanks,
Rocko

Ok, I fixed this. There's a bug in the install, I believe. I installed this on a fresh install of Windows 2000, so there was no previous installation to overwrite.

The install defaulted to (in my case) "D:\Program Files\DVD-RB PRO", but wrote the paths in the rebuilder.ini file as "D:\Program Files\DVD Rebuilder PRO".

I changed these to the correct path, loaded the project, ran the Prepare phase again and now Preview is working.

I just downloaded it and installed it from scratch. It set the directory correctly.
