Anybody?:(
I just want to know how to extract the video files from the MP4 container. My Mp4 contains 3 episodes (anime) and are dual audio but are joined together as 1 file. I would just like to extract both Japanese and English files....but i dont know what program to use.

MP4Box is able to do that.
If you don't like command line tool, have a look at Yamb 2.0

How can i? Im new to the MP4 scene....but all i want to do is extract the japanese and english vids and add subtitles....because i want to burn them to a Dvd
I thought the extracting process of a MP4 container would be similar to the extracting process of a OGG container.

If commercial and pro level tools are your thing, you'll find a lot more that can directly import mp4 into a project, including the video and all audio. Freeware is still catching up on that front though.
Note that it's going to be somewhat painful to extract whatever video's in the mp4 to avi, you'll need a tool to re-encapsulate it. (Bond's avc2avi for raw AVC, I don't know if there's something similar for raw ASP.)

Im having some trouble extracting the videos in my MP4 container, so i wanted to know if there was a way to convert them into an OGM container....because i can easily extract the english, japanese and subtitles with the OGM format. Is this even possible?
