bitrate question on new dvd2svcd ver.

I was just wondering if the default settings of max bitrate and max avg. bitrate can be changed higher, or will that result in cce crashing like it was doing before?

I never had it crash at the old bitrates...if it doesn't crash feel free to set it whatever your heart desires.
