How do I find out about the properties of the Audio on the DVD ???

I want to know the Sample rate, channels and bits per sample of the AC3/DTS source. Is there any tool available for this.

Several ways:
Open the DVD in:
- PowerDVD and enable "Show information".
- SmartRipper and go to "Stream Processing".
- DVD Decrypter and go to "Stream Processing".
- Media Player Classic, and go to View --> Information.

Rip the AC3/DTS, render it with AC3Filter and go to the Main tab to see the properties.

Open any .AVI video file in VirtualDubMod, then go to Streams --> Stream List --> Add --> select the AC3/DTS and OK --> read the info.
