Hey, I've been asked by a client if I can put a copy of the main title, an extreme sports documentary, and trailers for forth-coming titles in iPod format on a DVD so when a DVD is inserted into a DVD drive on your computer you can copy it to an iPod.

I'm unsure about what licenses and protection he wants on it. I recommended a link so it can be downloaded as this would allow for easier control over unwanted distribution, but he'd rather it be on the DVD.

Is there anyway of doing this with DVDMaestro? I know eDVD by Sonic allows further content to be added to a DVD, but I'm unsure if it can achieve this or if it works with DVDMaestro. Has anybody done anything like this using another authoring prog?

As far as I know, all you need to do is create a folder on the root of the disc and drop all your extra files in there. I don't think the folder itself is essential, but it helps me to stay more organised.

Compile your project in Maestro.
Put your files or folders to the root of your compiled project (folder with VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS).
Disc Image Creation - Properties - "Layout files"
Set to DVD-ROM.
