Cutting logos with VobBlanker

Can anybody give me a simple breakdown on how to do this? I just downloaded this tool and its kind of confusing.....so id be grateful for any help.

Edit: Seems to be the same guide as at the VobBlanker site. I read his request as how to cut the logo at the beginning of a movie, and not how to blank one in a separate PGC. Could easily be wrong, though.
