Gspot says AC3 5Ch-AGK SaYS ac3-2cH

Hey All,

I downloaded an XVID file with the following parameters..(using Gspot)
Video - Xvid/960x528
Audio - AC3 48000Hz 384 kb/s total (5 chnls)

I am trying to lower the resolution to play in my DVP642

When I opened up in AGK (or AVIRecomp for that matter) I get the correct Video parameters but only the choice of 384 kb/s AC3 2ch for audio...

I am at my wits end trying to figure it out....Any help to try and cure this to keep the 5 channels??
