Where i can found same posts how to use properly avisynth functions.
I see that lot's people use MVDenoise, MvDegrain. Is this in MVtools?

Does the results are better when using function in avisynth instead scripts?

Yes, they're MVTools (MVDenoise is the older, no-longer-supported function). You can find samples in the readme. Don't understand the last question though.
