DVD view problem

Hello,

I just downloaded a DVD and found some problem. The PowerDVD does not play it at all Nero Show Time and Media Player Clasic give me following pictures.

What is the problem or what should i do?

Additionally, I've deleted your link to the ImageShack screenshot. Your screen shot was 800x1669 pixels and was taking so long to load that I didn't wait to see the filesize. For future screenshots, pull up your images in your favorite editing program and get them down to a manageable size, please.
