Correcting timecode?

Sometimes when I demux a movie using the IFO mode in DVD Decrypter, the video timecode is out of sync with the audio, sometimes 1hr+ out. What's the best way of correcting/resync this?

An hour is impossible. But when you demux, it shoud tell you the AV synch.
