Wmv Editor

Can somebody recommend an wmv editor, as I need to shorten a few files amoungst other things. Must also be lossless in quality.

you might try and use Windows Movie Maker...Not alot of Bells and Whistles, but a good basic editor....use the Import your Collections option to get the file into the Editor then add it to the timeline and ready to edit it.
