Okay, I bought a DVD, but the menu sucks completely!!
It doenst even have a sub-menu where you can choose the audio, nor the subs!!!

So I want to re-create the menu for more user-friendly use.
Also, I would like to edit one subtitle a little bit, because sometimes a scentince just doesn't appear in the subs!!

How do I start such a project?

I own DVD-Lab Pro, wich (I think) should give me great help on creating the menu and movie.

Thanks!

1. Use DVDstyler to create your custom menu. Simply simple!

2. Google SUBTITLE CREATOR. Or search at videohelp.com for it.

With DVD Decrypter.

Okay, done that :-)

Now I'll give the menu a try... :-)

Any Hints?

PROBLEM: The subs are now in .SUB format...
How can I edit those?

You should try SubRip to rip the subtitles from the DVD.

Save the subtitles with SubRip as .srt (subrip). Than use SubtitleCreator to insert you subtitles. Look at the Subtitles area from this forum about SubtitleCreator.

enjoy,
