Need Help Converting Pal to NTSC

hello, i Have a PAL DVD and i want to convert it to ntsc so i can play in my dvd player..can anyone help me out in doing this? , thanks


p.s. i have tried using dvd decrypter in the past and it played in my dvd player but the audio was way out of sync.
