Just wondering how to convert bmps to mpg with vcdimager just like dvd2svcd does? what command do i use for vcdimager?

dvd2vcd does not call an external program for this conversion, vcdimager can't encode BMP to mpeg stills.
Use I-Authors "mpeg encoder" to do this conversion.

i did, it converted it to a .vbs file...now what?

Use TSCV (www.ttool.de, download section); in the [menuGen] tab.
