Hi, I have an .mpg file that i ripped off of one of my svcds. I was just wondering what would be the easiest way to divide the file into chapters so i could reburn it? thanks

Don't chop it to pieces (use tmpgenc or a demux/mux procedure in bbmpeg to do that) ... instead use tscv or I-Author to set entrypoints for your mpeg.
If you had chapters in your source SVCD and just want to keep them, use vcdxrip (from the vcdimager package) to rip everything including chapters ...

TSCV didn't work for me but VCD Easy works great. Basically just click on chapters tab and make your preference.
