Slow computer.. .what is best format to encode to?

Hello. .I am working with a slow 1.5gighrtz Via C7 embedded motherboard.. and need to be able to playback full screen videos at under 80percent cpu util.

I downloaded some porn (for madicinal use only ;) ) that was good enough quality and cpu util:

WMV 1496Kbps 24 fps 640x480
Windows Media Video 7
Windows Media Audio 9

How can I find that codec to encode an avi to that? or find another one that performs nicely?

(I have tried mpeg H.264, Windows Media Encoder 9, divx, and haven't found another good one)
