Your sentence doesn´t make much sense.
U need a AVS script to be fed to a MPEG-2 encoder, or an MPEG-2 encoder than can use AVS scripts as source, or a AVS than can read MPEG-2 to feed ot to another encoder?

U can use HC and QuEnc as freeware, or CCE as payware.
