I captured some stuff but in the UK DVB-T suffers from low bitrates and i was wondering if there was any way i could clean up the video with avisynth filters.
I encoded it with just deinterlacing with x264 HQ-Slower 2 pass profile at 1500kb/s at native resolution and the results were less than pleasing.
