MTK PAL profile in latest c_d builds

Using the 2006.07.12 and 2006.07.11-2 celtic_druid builds I'm only able get 1 consecutive BVOP with the MTK PAL profile.
I tested the same sample clip with the 2006.07.11 and 2006.06.23 builds and they don't seem to have that limitation.

I'm wondering if this is intended behaviour?

Thought I fixed that? At least I did locally. I'll have a look later.
