I never heard "amr" before,I need conbert mp3 to amr for play in cellphone,who can give me some decoder about amr,thx
my English is very poorl,so for some words i cannot express very well

U can use Quicktime Pro.
Open the MP3, go to File --> Export.
In the "Save exported file as..." window, select Export: --> "Movie to 3G". Then go to the Options page. There select the Audio panel, and choose the settings for the exported file.
Also, there is Mystik Media AMR Converter, wich can do batch conversions, and a AMR encoding/decoding library for dbpoweramp.

You can export as 3gp (it is actually a movie extension,but mobile phones will recognize it like a song,instead of record,which can be usefull if you have player on your mobile device). You can also download free MOBILE AMR CONVERTER to convert it to amr,it s easy to use.

thx...I've tried it,it's a great GUI,espacially it supports AVS.
but many times i complete converting(convert to mp4),when i play it,i see only a white block,like this:
