X.264 in Mainconcept problem

I'm little questions. How to calculate a PSNR in file compressed with Mainconcept H.264 codec ??? Do you now anything programs ? And how to convert yuv sequenc to avi ( http://www.cipr.rpi.edu/resource/sequences/sif.html ) ???? Because o need used this sequences to testing H.264 codec. Please help me it's very important .thank you :)

You need avisynth and a bit of knowledge of avisynth scripting.
There's an avisynth dedicated forum on this board, maybe you should start from there.

Can you help me and driver me step by step what i must making to do ??? 1. compress file with used mainconcept h.264 then what now, so compute PSNR this compressed file ??? Please step by step I will grateful

Get MSU Video Analyser, import your file into it, choose psnr and go. You might need to mux it into avi/mp4/mkv first, I frget whether mainconcept its only raw or not.

For YUV, see the avisynth docs on RawSource. (Maybe Fizik's russian docs would be more understandable?)

MSU analyser ? it is msu video quality measure ? Where i find a uncompressed small avi files ??? Mux ? what mean ?

yes it is. i dont know about any available uncompressed AVI files. i have uncompressed yuv files though.
Mux means MUltipleX, "inserting" one or more streams into a container (for example MPEG-2 into AVI).
