Program for editing Chapter Points

I have a stupid DVD that doesn't have any chapter points except going episode to episode. What's a good program that will allow me to edit chapter points without touching the rest of the DVD? Thanks.

Demux, edit chapter points with text editor, remux.
I would use VobBlanker, Notepad and Muxman.
Others may point out some other solutions or even some tutorials.
But now you know what to search for. :)

Erm, I just found out on a website that it deletes all the menus? What's up with that? :confused:

No need to demux

Use Vobblankers "Cell split mode" function and be sure you have checked "add program" and "add chapter"
