Just pre-ordered a Leadtek 7600GT AGP (Can't afford a new system for PCE Express yet). Apparently it's the lowest spec card of the Nvidia 7 series that does all the hardware accelleration options including MPEG4 (Which I sorely need coz even with CoreAVC I get jerky playback on some MKV or MOV files).
