Subtitles Question

In movies like Hunt for Red October, and Mummy, there are subtitles for the foreign language scenes of the film!

How, in 1.05bN do we chose to only get these subtitles, and not the ones for the entire movie.

I don't do subtitle rips in DVD2SVCD very often, but doesn't DVD2SVCD prompt you to select the subtitle stream to rip early in the process? If so, you should be able to place a checkmark on the stream you want.
