Hey All!
I had a DVD which I ripped a while ago, leaving me with the usual audio_ts and video_ts directories.

I went to play the DVD the other day and unfortunatly its scratched and wont play. If I want to restore it can I litterly just copy the audio_ts and video_ts directories back on to a blank DVD, or do I have to "unrip" them back on somehow (or maybe copy them using nero under the "DVD (ISO)" category?

Thanks!

No reason to do this usually. Ripped it=you have the original, copy it instead. Could have qualified for rule 6 had you not specified the original scratched.

Simple file copying wont do. If you have Nero, select to burn DVD-Video files. Select those folders' content and add it inside the video_ts on DVD. Burn. Finita.

ImgBurn 2.0 will accept the files to burn directly back to a DVD. DVD Shrink will accept them to compress or reauthor to fit a DVD5 if they're too big.
