ml20 files to avi ?

Hi, I have that program called MSN Webcam Recorder which records webcam conversations via MSN in ml20 file which is played in that same program. Any idea how to convert that ml20 file to avi (xvid or divx) ?

it has internally a function to save the stream in avi, using a VFW compressor.

is under "save" button if i remember (ive used it and saved in avi)
