Hardware digital-to-analogue audio converter

Hi guys,

I wonder if you guys can help me out please, I'm on the hunt for a "hardware" digital-to-analogue audio converter (black-box), capable of converting 6Ch (5.1) SPDIF input streams to 6Ch analogue!

I'm looking to replace my current DSS amplifier with 3No "analogue" stereo amplifiers....
