Reading the documentation makes me think the only way to include chapters is to scrip the whole commandline stuff and go for an xml file. Since so much is already possible via commandline arguments and without an xml file, wouldn't it make sense to add chapter support from the commandline as well? And if not, where is the schema file so an automatic class representation can be generated?
Also, one feature I'm sorely missing is the ability to split the output.
