Help With Dvb-c

hi there
ive bought a technotrend 1500 pci dvb-c i have installed the drivers.
i need a program to view channels with - also ive been told that there is software to emulate the card and box - obviously legaly since i already am a subscriber.
please help

but progdvb does not seem to be picking up my technotrend pci 1500 dvb-c card?
im still very confused?
