movies from privat hot spot?

I have a laptop with window xp and a PCMCI card dwlg650 pluged.

is it possible to make a public website, where people could download movies,...if i place my laptop close of an open window, I can brodcast in my entire town....I am slightly surelevated...

if i own the movies, I am legal to put my movies "in air"?

but my question, how do you configure a privat hotspot?is that hard, what can I do with my own hotspot ouside to offer internet?

oh, you are right...I forgot to read the jacket of the DVD" for privat use,bla bla...no broadcasting bla bla..."
