Adding 5.1 Audio in WME Studio Edition

I'm having some problems adding audio tracks to WMESE. For some reason the program doesn't accept AC3 tracks, I have no clue why, so what I did is encode the AC3 to a 5.1 WMA track. When adding the WMA track I get an error, I then get a critical error if I try to encode with the WMA track. I also seem to not be able to mux a vc1 wmv and the 5.1 wma track.

How can I encode a 5.1 AC3 track in WMESE?
