I posted this in the IFOedit forum but since the solution I need is not necessarily specific to that program I thought I'd repost here.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had a problem with some dvds which didn't allow me to use the nav slider (in PowerDVD) and there were no PUPs present. Finally getting to the bottom of it I found that these dvds were missing the TMAPTI.
Using IFOedit I tried remaking the IFO files and sure enough a TMAPTI was created which solves the problem but the menus don't work as they did.
Since then I've been trying to find a way to simply graft the TMAPTI from the newly generated IFO file to the original one and can't find a way to do it using IFOedit. Very frustrating.
Can anyone enlighten me as to how this could be achieved? If not is there a way to get IFOedit just to add a missing TMAPTI and leave everything else alone?
