Time stretching on divx/xvid playback?

I've grown addicted to watching TV episodes on DVD at 30% faster (particularly when I'm getting ready for work in the morning). But I have not yet found a similar ability to speed up divx or xvid. WMP will time stretch wmvs; has anyone found something similar for divx/xvid?

Try with reclock ... you can play 24fps @ 60fps if you want ... Reclock will resample sound to "correct" (?!) pitch ...

You haven't? I've been doing it for years with powerdvd and mpc.

It doesn't work for me in MPC lately. The counter goes faster, but only 1 frame in maybe 10 seconds is shown. Slowdown works OK.
