A/V sync Problems

[Darkedge]

Hello,
I m trfying to rip American Outlaws. Everything seems to go fine. I can play the resulting mpeg in media player and all looks well. I run ulead to burn adn all the previews look fine. I burn it and try to play on my ge1101p and the aduio plays perfectly but the video looks sped up. Like it pays 3 frmaes and then skips a couple. THis has no pauses or anything just plays fast. Here is a copy of my log file any help would be greatly appreciated.
