Quantizer Matrix settings

Hi,

I have a few questions about the quantizer matrix. I have no idea how it works and what it's for and I would like to understand what happens if I replace a 16 by a 1 or a 99 for instance. So...

1) What does it do/what is it for?

2) What is intra and non-intra?

3) For general camcorder footage, does it matter if I use the "cce standard" or the MPEG standard" matrix?
