Extract incomplete MKV

Hi, I've downloaded from Emule an incomplete MKV file. It's incomplete in the middle and I'd like to extract the final part of the file. I can play it (Media Player Classic makes buffering), but when I try to extract it, it stops where the incomplete part start. Is it possible to extract all the tracks from the final part of this MKV file? Thanks.

Ok, sorry. I did't spicify that it is a parody of a Spanish song. It isn't either warez or copyrighted video, it's just a parody. I want to extract the final part to put it in my mobile. Can you help me now? Sorry for the inconveniences. Thanks.
