put disc in
disc label is : DVD_VR
drag VIDEO_TS folder to hard drive
select files + folder
open properties , uncheck read only
open FixVTS (http://www.videohelp.com/~FixVTS/)
drag any .VOB to FixVTS window
check : remove unreferenced
check : in-place
press Full DVD
VIDEO_TS folder can now be opened in DVDshrink 3.2.0.15 (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Vobtools/dvdshrink32setup.zip)


processed .VOBs as a playlist can play in VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)


for DVD+RW :
on cyberhome CH-DVR 1500 :
(needs to be finalized)
put disc in
disc label is : SONATA_VOLUME
open DVDshrink 3.2.0.15 (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Vobtools/dvdshrink32setup.zip)
File > Open Disc

original disc will play in VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)
File > Open Disc
