Dvddecrypter - Problem transcoding after files ripped w/o split

I want to rip without file splitting so I can easily encode the main video for playback on a HTPC, but I also want to transcode the whole disk for archival purposes. If I rip it with DvdDecrypter using the no split option, Nero Recode always errors out looking for the next (non-existent) file in the series when I try to transcode it. I assume this is because one of the data files contain references to the other files that were on the original disk before they got combined. Is there a setting or another tool that can correct for this? Thanks.

Why don't you rip it normally and after transcoding combine the VOBs (use the DOS copy /b command)?

If this doesn't work, output from your transcoder to ISO, mount the ISO as a virtual drive with d-tools and re-rip with your file splitting off.
