Can i get standalone libavcodec directshow decoder and not only libavcodec in ffdshow?

Why would you need to? What you disable all internal filters in ffdshow, a dshow lavc filter is basically exactly what you get.

Because i don't want that filters and disabling all time i install it, anyway i 'unpacked' ffdshow installation took libavcodec.dll and it's what i wanted. So if someone else want it to this is a way (:

Um, libavcodec is not a directshow filter. ffdshow is the filter, lavc just has the codecs that ffdshow calls to play files in media players (or vfw apps). You won't be able to register and use lavc alone.

I don't understand your problem.

You want to use libavcodec with a DShow interface and that's exactly what ffdshow does. So what ???
Just think of ffdshow as the "connection" between DShow and libavcodec.
I highly doubt there is a better way to use libavcodec in a DShow-based player!

If you don't want to use additional features of ffdshow, keep them disabled and be happy :)

Or leave DShow behind and use MPlayer or VLC Player :D
