Software to show bitrate curve

I did some captures in variable bitrate (mpeg2 by hardware) and I need to see the bitrate curve. I am suspecting that the hardware can't reach the max bitrate I have set. Anybody knows a software to tell me?

Avidemux could do it but it's overkill. Try Mpeg2 validator:
