Please let me know how to join multiple .vob files into one .vob file? Is there any simple app which can do the job?

I'm always puzzled by that type of question....
If you wanted one big VOB why did you rip them as single?
If you needed them as single to start with and now as one big file why don't you now re-rip the VOBs as one larger file?

For a ripper like DVD Decrypter, the default is set to ripping the PGC as VOBs split into 0.99 GB clods. Many people don't know that this default behavior can be changed by a simple right-click on the PGC and selecting otherwise. Of course, they could always go back and rip them in that mode.
A very valid reason where they would want to join VOBs would be if the VOBs were from different DVDs or authored at different points in time.

Thanks, that tool worked perfectly. Now, i want to split a big vob file into small segments. Is there a tool for this?

If you're now referring to editing the .VOB, try Cuttermaran.

Cuttermaran doesn't support VOBs, only M2V files.
@veagles
Mpg2Cut does support them.

It does, it just has a filter that only allows you to see .mpv, .m1v or .m2v files. Typing *.* in the filename buffer will show all files, then you can select a .VOB.

Try this Mpeg2cut (http://rapidshare.de/files/28317596/Mpeg2cut.zip.html) It should work perfectly! I use it to cut Commercials out of the vobs

It works, but the preview is messed up:
