HC.ini - Where?

After I run the Prepare phase in DVDRB I assume that a HC.ini file is created somewhere but I can't find it. Anyone knows where to find it?

I got the answer from a friend at another forum. He said I was to specify all parameters through the command line. I don't get it. :p
I have no idea how to use a command line in DVD-RB. Please, help me...

I think I found it - REBUILDER.ECL. Is this the right file?
If so what do I change to get the Notch matrix?

you have to import the matrix into DVD-RB's Matrix folder, and then choose it from DVD-RB - Options - Advanced (Expert) Options - Qantization Matrices - Main Feature Matrix

DVD-RB Pro generates an HC.INI file for each segment that is encoded. The freeware uses the HC.INI that exists in the executable folder (of HC).
