Has anyone else noticed that a bunch of large-esk network have been going down and coming up, my hosting company, some servers my friends run and use, not being able to access certain services such as MSN and YIM and such, I've been noticing it for about 2 or three weeks now.
I know shaw and telus arent realy big into the whole network neutrality thing, but this seems to be steming from the other side of the line rather than localy. anyone else notice this as well?
