Hi, I recently updated my main pc.

I've a Geforce 6200 card, it's a good card for my uses and I'm really satisfied.
I installed Pure Video decoder to fully enable the MPEG2 and H264 hardware acceleration.

I installed lastest ProgDVB, and I chose Nvidia filters on "Audo and Video" menu.

When I watch TV, appairs a strange message that tells "Nvidia decoder not found", i press OK, and it seems to work: I watch TV with a very good quality and CPU power is just at 50% with a 8Mbit/s MPEG2 stream.

Also, there's NVIDIA Decoders icon in windows tray.

It seems to work perfectly, but every time i change channel, the error message shows up and I've got to press ok EVERY TIME.

Is it there a way to solve this problem?
Maybe copying some .ax file in ProgDVB folder?

Thanks

I have this problem with ProgDVB - I've decided it's something to do with the filter graph for the NVidia drivers being incorrect (look at C:\progdvb\filtergraphs) - I think the best way to try and solve this problem is to rip a random 60 seconds of DVB from any channel, say, BBC One (I'm assuming you're in the UK, if not then whatever), and then run it through MPC to see how it renders the filter graph (assuming you have your codec priorities set so that your PC defaults to playback using the PureVideo codec).

Then, remake the filter graph path for ProgDVB and save it as a new entry, because it's not clever enough to figure it out for itsself.

So yeah, basically, copy how MPC renders it and specify the filter graph for ProgDVB. If it works, I'd be very interested to see what you put into your xgr file!

I remeber having a similar problem with MyTheatre, which was solved by patching the NVIDIA Video Decoder directshow filter. I think this thread http://board.mytheatre.ru/viewtopic.php?t=5181&highlight=nvidia+decoder is it.
