Vendetta issues

Tonight I rented Vendetta. Ran it through dvdd without a hitch. I thought this was too easy something is going to be wrong.

Ran the files through dvd shrink, went without a problem. I then copied the files to a DVD and tried to play the dvd. I got a read error that left a message "check regional code".

I went back to the files on the harddrive before the DVD shrink and they played fine.

I then tried to play the files on the hard drive after DVD Shrink and again they would play on the computer.

I then ran the copy of the DVD back through DVDD and looked at the regional codes all regions were reported on DVDD.

Any help on this?
