Hey everyone, I opted to install WINXP64 rather than 32 a couple of days ago and just it might be nice to take advantage of 64bit processing when encoding video, but I don't know what software is available to do this.

Can anyone who's using WinXP64 make some recomendations? Does anyone know what kind of performance boost is to be expected from using 64bit processing?

Also, it's come to my attention that WMP is 32bit and refuses to install on WinXP64, does anyone have a recomendation on how I would be able to play windows media files?

Go back to win 32bit  To honest you will spend more time trying to get applications and work out the problems.

I believe Real is 64bit, Adobe, um I don’t really know lol.

There is a small improvement but I see no reason to switch yet.
