You need to demux the audio from the VOB and add it in Streams List.

It's in the guides on the main www.doom9.org page, in the forums in numerous posts, in the VirtualDubMod help and its web site. There's no reason for me to detail out the procedure when it's so easy to find if you try.

Ok so i did figure out how 2 demux the audio from the VOB and add it in Streams List, however that didn't work either, i', using VirtualDubMod, and this is weird becasue i use it all the time 2 create avi files and this has never happen b4. if there are anymore suggestions i'd apperciate them.

Can you be more specific than "that didn't work either"? Would it not import the audio? Did it fail to create a new file? Did it create a file but with no audio? Were there any errors?

(There should be no need to demux the audio and video if you're loading a .VOB directly into VirtualDubMOD)
1) What is the Title and Region of the DVD?
2) What software and procedures did you use to rip it?
3) Does the ripped DVD play with audio from your hard drive?
4) Typically, when you initially load a .VOB into VirtualDubMOD, it offers you a selection to choose from, of the available audiostreams contained in the .VOB. What choices are you shown and which did you choose?
