Converting divx to DVD questions

I want to convert some divx movies to DVD to watch on dvd player.

For converting i am using Winavi 7.6 and dvd lab pro for authoring and ading titles.

What you suggest when converting divx with 29.97 or 23.94 frame to dvd.I am in europe(Pal system). Does is better to change resolution and frame rate or no? I try that but i have problem with picture.

So, wich option in Winavi is important when converting movies with 29.97 or 23.94 frames.

Ok, but i asked because my dvd player dont support divx files and i want to convert to dvd that could watch on dvd player.
