Charlie and the Chocolate factory

I am having trouble backing my DVD of charlie and the chocolate factory up.

I have tried DVD Decryptor - which gave me errors at about 41%.

I have dried DVDFAB (express) Decrypter- which paused about half way through

And of course DVD shrink which did not work.

What do you suggest I do?

Hi!

The "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" DVD contains no special/newer copy protection.

Your DVD is likely either dirty or physically damaged/scratched. Try cleaning the disc. If, after cleaning it, you still have the same problem, I'd suggest you return it to the place of purchase in exchange for a new replacement...

RipIt4Me (http://www.ripit4me.org/) will tell you conclusively if your DVD is scratched. You can try that. But I doubt it will work on a damaged disk.
